Welcome to Eternal Bliss Tattoo Studio. By accessing our website (eternalblisstattoo.com), booking our services, or interacting with our mobile communications, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Studio Appointments & Consultations
All tattoo sessions are conducted by appointment. Inquiries and consultation requests may be submitted online or via our direct studio telephone/SMS line. To confirm a session date, a non-refundable sacred deposit may be required to reserve dedicated studio time.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- 7+ Days Notice: Free rescheduling with your full deposit carried forward to your new session date.
- 72 Hours to 7 Days: 50% deposit retained, with the remaining 50% applied toward your rescheduled session.
- Under 72 Hours / No-Show: Deposit is forfeited to cover reserved studio preparation and time.
3. SMS & Mobile Communications Terms
When you opt in to receive text messages from Eternal Bliss Tattoo:
- Program Description: We send transactional messages including consultation scheduling, booking confirmations, appointment reminders, day-of instructions, and aftercare guidance.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity and session schedule.
- Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation message confirming your unsubscription. No further messages will be sent unless re-initiated.

- Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: We respect your privacy. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for promotional purposes under any circumstances.
4. Health & Age Requirements
Clients must be at least 18 years of age with a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of appointment. You agree to disclose all relevant health conditions, allergies, and medications on your client intake consent form prior to your session.
